Wreath Workshop Terms and Conditions

Last year some people who had booked to attend a workshop did not arrive or cancel their place in advance. This was particularly difficult as we had purchased their materials and we could have offered their place to someone on our waiting list.

We have therefore decided this year to take full payment upon booking. This payment is non-refundable. Should there be a change of circumstances and you are unable to attend, you are most welcome to offer your place to friends or family. Our materials have to be ordered months in advance of the workshop so to avoid loss, we have had to take this decision. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
